User’s Corner
The users of arbitration are at the center of ASA’s activities

User Council

The ASA User Council is a platform for companies that advise and support ASA on user-related projects and initiatives. Membership in the User Council gives companies a stronger voice in formulating and channeling user demands and allows them to benefit from an exchange of experiences and best practices in international dispute resolution. Company representatives serve 3-year terms. They contribute time, ideas and user input to ASA and become engaged in ASA user projects, such as webinars and policy initiatives. Members reflect a variety of industries and geographies.

User Events

In-house counsel can register free of charge for all of ASA’s general events, which are accessible here. We welcome your participation!

In addition, the ASA User Council organizes smaller, dedicated user events where participation is limited to in-house counsel. These user events focus on practical issues relevant to company lawyers and enable more unfettered dialogue and networking. If you have an idea or a need for a user-specific event, we would love to hear from you!
