International Symposium of Arbitrators and Mediators 2025 (ISAM 2025)
Summary
The International Symposium of Arbitrators and Mediators 2025 (ISAM 2025), co-organised by MedArbID and ASA, will take place on 21 May 2025, at the Borobudur Hotel in Central Jakarta, Indonesia on Wednesday 21 May from 08:00 – 17:00 (WIT). The topic is “Dispute Resolution in the New Investment and Financial Landscape: Challenges and Strategies of Mediation and Arbitration in Asia and Beyond” with three panels including a lineup of incredible experts. With keynote speeches from Anindya Bakrie (Chairman, Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KADIN)), Gusti Agung Sumanatha, (Head of the Civil Chamber, Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia) & Otto Hasibuan (Deputy Coordinating Minister for Law, Human Rights, Immigration and Corrections).
