Where and how to submit a Request for Mediation

Submitting a Request for Mediation

Any party wishing to initiate mediation shall submit a Request for Mediation (in accordance with Article 2 of the Swiss Rules) to the Swiss Arbitration Centre at one of the addresses listed below.

To ensure an expeditious handling of the file, parties are invited to send the Request for Mediation by e-mail and to pay without delay the non-refundable Registration Fee.

All payments must be made in Swiss Francs (CHF) and received net of any bank charges. V.A.T. at the standard rate of 8.1% applies.
