Swiss Arbitration Centre: New Court members as of January 2026

The Swiss Arbitration Centre is delighted to announce that its Board of Directors has appointed Mercédeh Azeredo da Silveira (AZHA Avocats), Michael Feit (Walder Wyss), Veijo Heiskanen (Heiskanen Legal), Tanja Planinic (Planinic Arbitration), and Simon Vorburger (Quinn Emanuel Urqhart & Sullivan) as new members of the Arbitration Court as of 1 January 2026.

At the same time, the Board of Directors thanks Diana Akikol (Walder Wyss, Geneva), Matteo Galante (MAG legis, Lugano), Daniel Girsberger (University of Lucerne/Kaufmann Ruedi Attorneys, Zurich), Lukas Wyss (Bratschi, Bern), and Tobias Zuberbühler (Zuberbühler Arbitration, Winterthur), whose terms as Court members have come to an end, for their highly valuable and much appreciated support over the years.

The Arbitration Court currently comprises 28 leading international arbitration practitioners.
