Event Details

A judicial resolution of dispute is considered efficient not only when the decision is taken promptly and simply, but also when it is clearly understood and cost-effective. However, we may not claim that a judicial decision is efficient when it is not resolved in a fair and reasoned conclusion.

The Swiss Rules of International Arbitration (Swiss Rules) allow the parties to jointly determine the governing law to be applied to their disputes, as well as the duration and place of the proceedings. In this context, it brings an alternative solution for local and international disputes.

We look forward to seeing you among us at this event – where we will discuss the possibilities offered by the Swiss International Arbitration Rules with experienced and esteemed speakers from Turkey and Switzerland.

Due to limited hosting capacity please confirm your attendance by email at the latest by 26th November to events@civi-partners.com
