News Swiss-Slovenian Arbitration Forum
On 25 November 2026, the first Swiss-Slovenian Arbitration Forum will bring the Swiss and Slovenian arbitration communities together in Ljubljana for an afternoon built around discussion, practical perspectives and genuine exchange.
Rather than traditional panel presentations, the Forum will feature two interactive discussion sessions, giving participants the opportunity to contribute their own views and experiences.
The afternoon opens with “Arbitration in the Fast Lane,” co-moderated by Christine Moehler and Boštjan Špec, before turning to “The Art of Not Getting it Wrong for Counsel and Arbitrators,” co-moderated by Maja Malijanski and Marco Stacher. Petra Rihar will open proceedings with welcome remarks.
Taking place the day before the Slovenian Arbitration Conference, the Forum creates a natural meeting point for Swiss, Slovenian and international practitioners, with the conversation continuing over networking drinks at the end of the afternoon!
