Swiss Arbitration goes VisMoot - Practitioners’ Seminar on “Energy Transition and Arbitration"

Our Swiss Arbitration Ambassadors for Austria, Florian Haugeneder and Werner Jahnel are organising a practitioners’ seminar titled “Energy Transition and Arbitration” on Sunday, 29 March 2026 from 10:30–12:30 at the Sky Lounge in Vienna, held alongside the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot.

This seminar will explore the increasingly important intersection between energy transition and international arbitration. Drawing on practical experience and policy perspectives, expert speakers will discuss the latest developments in energy transition projects and examine how arbitration can effectively address disputes arising in this evolving sector. Particular attention will be given to how arbitration can remain an attractive and effective dispute resolution mechanism for energy transition matters.
