For the first time ever, Swiss Arbitration will host a side event at the Caucasus and Central Asia Construction Forum in Yerevan. Organised by our Swiss Arbitration Ambassadors for the region, Bajar Scharaw and Konstantin Christie, and held in partnership with GRATA International, the event will bring together practitioners and industry experts to discuss key developments in arbitration and investment risk.

The panel, “Managing Investment Risks in Eurasia through Arbitration: The Swiss Perspective,” will explore how arbitration can help manage investment and construction risks across the region, drawing on insights from leading practitioners.

Taking place on 30 April 2026 at the Ramada Hotel & Suites by Wyndham Yerevan, the discussion will be held alongside the Construction Forum, which gathers industry leaders, government representatives, contractors, consultants, and legal experts from across the Caucasus and Central Asia.
