Our Swiss Arbitration Ambassadors for the Middle East are bringing Swiss Arbitration to Dubai Arbitration Week (10–14 November 2025) with a special in-person event hosted by Al Aidarous Law Firm at the Anantara Downtown Business Tower, Business Bay.

Taking place on Monday, 10 November 2025, from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm, “Swiss Arbitration for Middle Eastern Disputes – Achievements and Innovation” will highlight Switzerland’s achievements and innovations in arbitration and its growing engagement with the Middle East. The conference will open with welcome remarks by Alain Farhad (Farhad Arbitration), followed by two dynamic panel discussions and a standing light lunch for networking and exchange.

Panel 1: A Practical Guide to Swiss Arbitration – Identifying Key Advantages

The event will conclude with a standing light lunch, offering participants an opportunity to continue the discussion and connect with peers and practitioners in a relaxed networking setting.
