The Swiss Arbitration Association and the Swiss Arbitration Centre offer two days of hybrid conferences on February 3-4, 2022 at the President Wilson Hotel in Geneva. Those who cannot participate in person may attend both events online. A Gala Dinner will be held on the evening of February 3, 2022.

Thursday February 3, 2022: Swiss Arbitration Centre – The Innovation Conference.

“Money in Arbitration” organized by Gisela Knuts and Christian Oetiker.

Friday February 4, 2022: Swiss Arbitration Association – The ASA Conference.

“Good Faith in International Arbitration – Myth, Reality, Label… or All of the Above?” organized by Elliott Geisinger and Christoph Müller.
