Shaping the Arbitration Model of Tomorrow

We are proud to support the upcoming international conference “Shaping the Arbitration Model of Tomorrow,” taking place on 21 November 2025 at the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Sofia, with remote participation also available via Zoom.

Organised by the Arbitration Court at the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI), the conference will bring together legal practitioners, arbitration specialists, and business leaders to explore timely and important topics including:

• Confidentiality and transparency in arbitral proceedings
• The role of state courts in arbitration
• The use of electronic means in arbitral processes
• Third-party participation and access to arbitral awards
