Summary:  This year, we have designated the overarching theme of the Seoul ADR Festival 2023 as ‘New World, No Map’, joined by dispute resolution experts to discuss optimal practices, the current state of the ADR markets, and the future outlook.
Our objective is to pose honest and direct questions about how we intend to navigate this new world without a map.

The Grand Welcome Reception to be on 30 October 2023, will mark the beginning of the Seoul ADR Festival 2023.

The 12^th Asia-Pacific ADR Conference is the flagship event of the Seoul ADR Festival 2023. This event is hosted by KCAB INTERNATIONAL with UNCITRAL, the ICC International Court of Arbitration, and the Ministry of Justice of Korea and will be held on 1 November 2023.
