Location:  Hybrid Mode, Initial 2 rounds of the competition will be conducted Online (1-2 April 2023) and the Semi-final and Final Rounds will be conducted in-campus at Navi Mumbai, India (8 April 2023)

Summary:  The Dispute Resolution Committee of NMIMS School of Law, Navi Mumbai is delighted to introduce “Usha: National Arbitration Moot Competition” 2023 in collaboration with ‘Lakshmikumaran& Sridharan’ to be held on 1st, 2nd and 8th April, 2023. The Media Partner for the event is the Swiss Arbitration Centre and Swiss Arbitration Association and the Knowledge Partner of the event is Jus Mundi. The winners of the competition will get an exclusive opportunity to intern at Asia’s Most Innovative Law Firm – Nishith Desai Associates.
