Meet the Court

We are delighted to launch Meet the Court, a new annual initiative of the Swiss Arbitration Centre designed to foster open dialogue between the Court and the wider arbitration community. The inaugural edition will be held at the offices of LALIVE in Geneva and will begin at 17:00.

This inaugural edition offers a rare opportunity to hear directly from members of the Court of the Swiss Arbitration Centre as they share practical insights into the Court’s work and decision-making processes. Through an interactive panel discussion, participants will gain a deeper understanding of how the Court approaches key procedural issues and supports the efficient administration of arbitrations.

The discussion will be moderated by Julia Simon, Legal Counsel of the Swiss Arbitration Centre, and will focus on practical aspects of the Court’s practice. In the spirit of meaningful exchange, attendees are invited to submit questions in advance. Selected questions will be addressed during the panel, ensuring a dynamic and community-driven conversation.
