Summary:  On May 26 and 27, 2023, in collaboration with the Bizkaia Bar Association, the UIA is holding a seminar on highly topical current issues in the field of international arbitration: sanctions, arbitration, climate change, damage to the environment and arbitration, arbitration in Africa (OHADA and Maghreb), and the powers of the arbitrator at the beginning of the proceedings (Early Dismissal and Preliminary Determination) and when the arbitrator’s work ends. A welcome cocktail, coffee breaks, lunches, a cultural visit and an optional dinner, all of which will make this seminar an unforgettable event.
