Organised by our Swiss Arbitration Ambassadors for Argentina, Luis Capiel, Martín Molina and Laura Zinnerman, this event will take place on the eve of ICC Argentine Arbitration Day on 22 September 2025 in Buenos Aires.

Bringing together experts from both jurisdictions, the panel will explore salient features and current trends in Swiss and Argentine arbitration practice, including:

  • Interplay between state courts and arbitral tribunals,
  • Approaches to promoting efficiency, and
  • Novelties in resolving corporate, trust, estate, and foundation disputes.

The panel discussion will be followed by a presentation of the book “Arbitraje Internacional – El Sistema Suizo”.
