The Swiss Arbitration Centre will participate in a panel discussion on arbitrator appointments in multi-party and asymmetrical arbitrations. Organised by IFCAI and held in partnership with VIAC, SIAC and the CAM CCBC Centre for Arbitration and Mediation, the event will bring together leading practitioners and institutional representatives to discuss innovative approaches and practical challenges in post-award control and arbitrator appointments.

The panel, “Breaking the Mold: Arbitrator Appointments in Multi-Party & Asymmetrical Arbitrations – Institutional Approaches?”, will explore institutional approaches to arbitrator appointments, comparing practices across different jurisdictions and offering insights for arbitrators, counsel, and institutions.

Taking place on Monday, 30 March 2026, from 11:30 to 14:00 at the offices KNOETZL, the discussion will provide valuable perspectives on multi-party and asymmetrical arbitration, including commercial and investment contexts.
