Australian Arbitration Week 2025 (ACICA)

The 13th Annual Australian Arbitration Week (AAW) is back in Sydney from 12–17 October 2025, returning in-person for the first time since the pandemic. AAW is the premier forum for arbitration professionals in Australia and the wider Asia-Pacific region, offering a week of thought-provoking panels, expert-led discussions, and practical insights into the latest trends in dispute resolution.

The week kicks off with the Welcome Reception and ACICA’s 40th Anniversary Celebration, providing the perfect opportunity to reconnect with peers. Highlights include dynamic panel discussions addressing regional and global arbitration issues, interactive networking sessions, and a special AAW edition of Law Rocks, combining fun, music, and fundraising for local non-profits.
