20th Arbitration Forum

The ASA Local Group Zurich is pleased to invite you to the 20th Arbitration Forum, taking place on 8 September 2026 at the offices of Lenz & Staehelin in Zurich from 17:30 onwards.

Unlike traditional conference formats, the Arbitration Forum is built around active participation. Attendees are invited to submit questions and discussion topics in advance, helping to shape an engaging and practical exchange on current developments in arbitration. Selected topics will be introduced by participants themselves and explored through an interactive discussion involving all attendees.

The forum will be moderated by Michelle Lindholm (Lindholm & Rosenkranz) and Matthias Leemann (MML Legal Ltd), who will guide participants through approximately 90 minutes of discussion on pre-submitted topics, followed by a session dedicated to pressing developments and topical issues raised during the event itself.

Designed to encourage open dialogue and peer-to-peer exchange, the Arbitration Forum offers a unique opportunity for practitioners to discuss current challenges, share perspectives, and contribute directly to the conversation.
