Titled “How not to do it: Behaviour that will not win you any friends at the arbitral tribunal (and how arbitrators should deal with it)”, the session will feature a moderated panel discussion with Andrea Meier (Walder Wyss AG), Mariella Orelli (Homburger AG), and Daniel Busse (Busse Disputes Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH). Together, they will share insights and anecdotes on how conduct in hearings and proceedings can influence outcomes, and how tribunals can respond effectively.
