The ASA Local Group Geneva is closing its 2025 event series with a special “carte blanche” session featuring Charles Adams! Join co-chairs Alexandra Johnson & Jean Marguerat on 27 November 2025 from 17:30 onwards at the CCIG – Geneva Chamber of Commerce for an engaging and informal evening with one of arbitration’s most respected voices. Before the session, Talia Bally (White & Case, Geneva) will make a presentation on the recent case law of the Swiss Federal Supreme Court on International Arbitration. Followed by the main discussion with our speaker:
