The ASA Local Group Central Switzerland, co-chaired by Irma Ambauen & Simon Hohler, is pleased to invite you to its next event, taking place on 5 May 2026 at 18:00 in Zug (doors open at 17:45).

This event will feature a panel discussion on the topic: “Negotiation Tactics – Commercial Mediation, State Court Proceedings and Arbitration”.

The panel will explore negotiation strategies across different dispute resolution mechanisms, offering practical insights into mediation, litigation, and arbitration. The discussion will be moderated by Dr. Irma Ambauen and Simon Hohler, with the participation of:

• Hans Küher, Cantonal Court Judge and President of the First Division of the Cantonal Court of Lucerne
• Susann Bongers, Mediator
• Dr. Urs Weber-Stecher, Arbitrator and Mediator

The event will take place in German and will be followed by an aperitif.
