Summary:  The European Court of Human Rights in Mutu & Pechstein and the Swiss Federal Tribunal have decided on issues of access to justice and the right to a fair trial in sports arbitration before the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS). Jean-Pierre Morand, one of the founders of CAS, and sports-arbitration specialist Riccardo Coppa will discuss the impact of this jurisprudence on institutions and athletes. Event language is English.
