This inaugural ASA Construction Group Roundtable will focus on a key element of every international construction contract: the Contract Price.

As the construction industry navigates through an era marked by fluctuating material costs, inflationary pressure, labour challenges, and evolving market dynamics, the Contract Price and the potential impact of current developments has become an increasing subject of contention between project stakeholders and participants.

During this informal interactive roundtable discussion, participants will be invited to share their insights and experiences related to disputes involving issues such as contract pricing methods, price adjustment, or price escalation clauses.
