ASA below 40 is organizing a webinar on the most recent developments in “Swiss Arbitration” on 13 July 2021, from 12 to 1.30 pm CEST.

ASA below 40 members will be given an introduction to the new “Swiss Arbitration Centre”, a thorough update on the revised set of Swiss Rules, followed by a presentation of the “Arbitration Toolbox by ASA”.
