6th Global Co-chair's Circle Conference (CCC26)
The Global Co-Chairs’ Circle Conference (CCC) is the flagship international conference for under-40 arbitration practitioners, bringing together rising practitioners from across jurisdictions every two years for high-level discussion, skills development, and meaningful connections. In 2026, ASA below 40 is proud to host the 6th edition of CCC in Zurich, at the heart of Europe.
Theme: Advocacy in International Arbitration – How to Be an Effective Advocate in a Brave New World
As international arbitration continues to evolve, effective advocacy requires more than technical knowledge. CCC26 will focus on how the next generation of practitioners can future-proof their advocacy skills—combining strategic thinking, persuasive storytelling, cultural awareness, and adaptability in a rapidly changing global landscape.
Through a mix of plenary sessions and interactive workshops, participants will explore how advocacy is changing, how to communicate more effectively with tribunals and clients, and how to refine the skills that make an advocate truly persuasive.
CCC26 is not just about what happens in the conference room. The programme is complemented by a carefully curated social agenda designed to foster genuine connections in an informal and memorable setting. Highlights include:
- A panoramic Opening Cocktail featuring a keynote speaker who quite literally wrote the book on international arbitration
- A Gala Dinner to gather, connect, and celebrate with peers from around the world
- A Saturday special networking event, offering scenic views, excellent company, and great food—well worth the trip!
CCC26 promises three days of learning, exchange, and connection for the global under-40 arbitration community, set against the backdrop of Zurich in spring.
