A New Digital Case Management Platform Is Coming in Q4 2026
We are pleased to announce the upcoming launch of the Swiss Arbitration Centre’s new electronic case management platform in Q4 2026. The platform forms part of the Centre’s ongoing commitment to efficient, secure and user-focused case administration.
The platform will provide a secure and efficient digital workspace for the management of proceedings under the Swiss Rules. Powered by Thomson Reuters HighQ, the platform has been selected to meet the confidentiality, security and practical needs of international arbitration users.
Parties, arbitrators/mediators, and counsel will be able to access case materials, file submissions, and follow case developments within a single, centralised environment. By centralising documents, communications and procedural information, the platform is designed to simplify case management, improve transparency, reduce document duplication and limit reliance on extensive email circulation and hard-copy exchanges.
Important Note: Use of the platform is voluntary and non-mandatory, unless otherwise directed by the tribunal in a specific case. Further details, including user guidance, frequently asked questions and access information, will be shared closer to launch.
We look forward to introducing this new digital service to the Swiss Arbitration community in Q4 2026!
