JOB OPPORTUNITY – ASSISTANT (MARKETING & LEGAL) – 80% – GENEVA OFFICE
We are currently looking for an Assistant to join the Geneva office of the Swiss Chambers’ Arbitration Institution.
Candidates must have at least a 3-year experience in a similar position; any experience in a law firm or in dispute resolution (litigation, arbitration and mediation) will be valued. She/he must be proficient in English and French. Good command of German, Italian or Spanish is a plus.
The Assistant will primarily be in charge of assisting the Executive Director (agenda, travels, etc.), administering all marketing activities and all events coordination. She/he will also assist the operational team of the Secretariat.
