«Blockchain, Tokenisierung und Streitbeilegung in a Nutshell»
The ASA Local Group Central Switzerland Co-chair’s, Irma Amabauen & Simon Hohler are pleased to invite members and friends of arbitration to its next session, “Blockchain, Tokenisation and Dispute Resolution in a Nutshell”, taking place on Tuesday, 27 October 2026, at 18:00 (doors open at 17:45) at MME Zug, Gubelstrasse 22, Zug.
As blockchain technology and tokenisation continue to reshape industries, legal practitioners are increasingly confronted with concepts that can seem both highly technical and abstract. This session offers a practical introduction to the current state of research and practice in this rapidly evolving area.
The discussion will be led by:
- Ass.-Prof. Dr. iur. Claude Humbel, Assistant Professor of Private Law and Blockchain, University of Lucerne Institute for Blockchain Research (ZIBR), Zug
- Dr. iur. Bianca Wolf-Kremer, Postdoctoral Research Fellow, ZIBR, Zug; Of Counsel, MME, Zurich
Our speakers will provide valuable insights into the world of blockchain, tokenisation and their implications for dispute resolution, helping participants better understand the opportunities and challenges these developments present for legal practice.
The presentations will be followed by a networking apéritif, kindly hosted by MME Zug.
Registration: Please register by 20 October 2026 by email to l.oetiker@thouvenin.com. Places are limited.
We look forward to exploring the world of blockchain with you!
