Armenian Arbitration Days 2026

Swiss Arbitration is proud to support Armenian Arbitration Days 2026 as a media partner.

Organised by the Arbitration and Mediation Center of Armenia (AMCA) and the Center for Legislation Development, this premier international gathering will bring together leading practitioners, judges, academics, in-house counsel, and dispute resolution professionals from around the world for three days of discussion, learning, and networking in Yerevan.

The Main Conference on 24 September will address some of the most topical issues in international arbitration and mediation, including:

• Multi-tier clauses in the age of emergency arbitration and interim measures
• Judicial assistance to arbitration: supporting the process without undermining it
• Adverse inferences and evidentiary gaps: when silence speaks
• Mandatory mediation: obligation or opportunity for resolution? Lessons from the Armenian experience

The programme continues with two days of side events, specialised discussions, and networking opportunities, creating a unique platform for dialogue between regional and international arbitration communities.
