Protecting Value and Promoting Growth: Mediation and Arbitration for Fashion and Luxury Disputes

On 30 September 2025, the virtual event, co-organised by WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center (WIPO AMC) and the European Branch of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) will will explore how mediation and arbitration can best serve the fashion and luxury industries – sectors where brand value, creativity, and reputation are paramount.

With contributions from world-class mediators, arbitrators, in-house and external counsel, and industry experts, the programme will address:

• Current trends and challenges in fashion and luxury disputes
• Strategic choices between arbitration, mediation, and litigation
• Designing ADR clauses tailored to fashion and luxury contracts
• ADR in the age of ethical luxury and sustainable fashion

Speakers include WIPO mediators and arbitrators, Ciarb Chair members, in-house legal counsel and WIPO AMC representatives, all steeped in the conduct of international mediation and arbitration in the sector. A Q&A will enable attendees to contribute to the discussions and interact with the speakers.

ASA members receive a special fee – €50  instead of the regular €75.
