19th Arbitration Forum

ASA Local Group Zurich, co-chaired by Raphaëlle Favre Schnyder, Sandra De Vito, and Urs Weber Stecher, is pleased to invite you to the 19th Arbitration Forum on Tuesday, 2 September 2025 from 17:30 onwards at the Lenz & Staehelin offices in Zurich.

The Arbitration Forum offers a unique interactive format: instead of traditional presentations, participants actively contribute to the discussion by submitting questions and topics in advance. Selected contributions will be introduced by their authors and serve as the basis for an open debate among all attendees. Around 1.5 hours will be devoted to these thematic discussions, followed by 20 minutes reserved for spontaneous questions from the floor on topical arbitration issues.

The forum will be moderated by Roxanne Schmidgall (Gabriel Arbitration) and Emile Merkt (Bratschi), who will guide the exchange and ensure a lively dialogue between all participants.

This event is organized by the ASA Local Group Zurich with the aim of fostering an engaging and practice-oriented conversation among arbitration practitioners. A networking aperitif will follow the discussion.
