Arbitration Summer Retreat

The 7th Arbitration Summer Retreat is back from 10 to 12 July 2025—and we’re heading to the stunning Seminarhotel Bocken in Horgen, overlooking Lake Zurich.

Proudly supported by ASA below 40, this retreat brings together young arbitration practitioners from around the world for three days of candid conversation, fresh perspectives, and unforgettable moments.

This year’s theme is: “Traditional vs. New Work”

We will take a deep dive into:

• The generational dynamics shaping international arbitration
• Evolving client expectations in a changing legal landscape
• The role of AI and what it means for the future of practice
