WEBINAR. 16 July 2020. 1pm CET.

ASA & SCAI International Dispute Resolution Webinar Series.

The Swiss Chambers’ Arbitration Institution (SCAI) and the Swiss Arbitration Association (ASA) are jointly organizing this interactive Webinar Series to provide practical tips for in-house counsel, lawyers, arbitrators and mediators active in the fields of international commercial dispute resolution and drafting of international contracts.

This third webinar will focus on key challenges faced by arbitrators, parties and counsel in the conduct of arbitral proceedings as a result of COVID-19 related restrictions. Our three speakers will address emerging best practices for addressing these challenges, focusing in particular on the stakeholders’ rights and obligations and the existing tools, techniques and considerations for arbitrators to ensure that proceedings are held in a cost- and time-efficient manner.
