Ms Caroline Ming, Executive Director & General Counsel of SCAI, will be one of the Speakers at the V Annual RAA Conference in Moscow, joining a panel of representatives of leading foreign institutions to discuss the results of the arbitration reform in Russia: "Arbitration Reform: Time to Gather Stones?".
In an overall prestigious roundtable of international arbitration practitioners, the topics will encompass reform in domestic and international arbitration, the Prague Rules on the Taking of Evidence ("Is it an alternative to the IBA Rules?"), and the discussion will be open to all participants on arbitration reform, the Prague Rules, the possibility of submitting domestic disputes to foreign arbitration institutions, the impact of the debtor's financial condition on the arbitration clause, and the arbitrability of disputes involving state entities.
