Where to submit a notice of arbitration

 

The party initiating arbitration (the "Claimant(s)") shall submit a Notice of Arbitration to the Secretariat of the Arbitration Court at any of the addresses listed below. The Notice of Arbitration shall comply with the requirements of Article 3(3) and (4) of the Swiss Rules of International Arbitration (the "Swiss Rules").
