Институт международной дистрибуции (IDI) совместно со SCAI предлагает особую типовую арбитражную оговорку IDArb для контрактов в области международной дистрибуции. Арбитражные разбирательства, проводимые в соответствии с такой оговоркой, будут проводиться в соответствии со Швейцарским регламентом.
